I currently workout every other day for over an hour, focusing on arms and upper body but doing some legs as well. I'm taking a liquid vitamin daily along with a protein shake in the morning, creatine around 5:30p.m. and another protein shake following my workout or if not working out that day, I take it around 8. The creatine I have is NOX-CG3 which basically isn't just creatine but also has nitric oxide and glutamine too. It was very expensive and I don't want to be taking it every day if no additional results show while taking on off days. What should I do? I'm just a skinny dude that wants to bulk up with some definition. I don't need to be like Arnold or some bodybuilding champ. I just want to have a nice bod.
