Im a noob so take that in mind. I just started on Whey Protein. Im mixing 1 1/2 scoops with 1 1/2 cups of Skim Milk. A guy asked me why in the hell am I mixing with milk, he said water only. I looked at him like WTF? More protein plus it taste better, and the vitamins in milk. Am I missing something here? Is it a bad idea for some reason? Thanks in advance guys!
