Just DL'ed all the .rar files. Is the order of the workout the order its listed in the original thread? Would someone be kind enough to post a Moday = Back & shoulders, Tuesday = Yoga, etc. When looking at the original thread it seemed that there was a couple different types of workouts. Could someone explain? Should i just pick a workout a diffrent day and move on to the next one and just keep going in a rotation? Help a newb out please..... Im ready to get started and would add my myself to the original thread if its still alive.
