Alright. Started off last November around 300lbs. I was 310+ at my biggest during the Cincy ProAm of August 2007. From November-February I dieted a bit and still trained for a meet where I went 900 squat, 600 bench, 660 deadlift at a water-cut weigh in of 274. From there I decided I had enough of being really really fat and started to diet and cardio hard. I believe the lowest I got was last month at 231lbs. Now I'm back to putting on more muscle, attempting to somehow get my chest to shape up, and get strong as a fuck.
