any difference between the two product to justify the price difference?

They're both a creatine products. Give both a try.
You can also go to a frugal route by mixing bulk creatine mono yourself.

Pure CEE. No powders to drink.
But yea both are good products.
They're all creatine products. None is the "smart" way unless you're hard up on cash that you're trying to save an extra $20 spread over a 2-3 month period.
Pure CEE is nice because you only need to take 6 pills or so but then some people don't rather drink a 16 oz. drink than to swallow 6 moderately sized pills.
pills > powda
i prefer powder
