i can pull 405 for a double, bench over 225, and max squat ass to ground at 315 @ 168, couldnt give two fucks to be honest.
at the time of those old pics i could bench 95, squat 135, and dead lift 115

14 months. 125 to 170. both of those pics were taken cold, no pump.
