I've been skipping lunch for the past year now. I eat a healthy breakfast every day and a healthy dinner every night. For dinner, I alternate salads/soups and lean meats/protein with a side of veggies/fruits. I started working out a month ago. When I started my BMI was 21, I weighed 150 and I'm 5"7. Now I am finally seeing results. I weigh 125 and my BMI is 19.6. My abs are beginning to become outlined and my biceps are definetley bigger than before I started working out. So my real question is should I continue skipping lunch or begin eating? If I should start again, what kind of suggestions do you guys have? I'm guessing just a light sandwich or salad.
