    Squats- little outside shoulder width, low as possible

    Bulgarians
    2x10 bodyweight

    Curls
    3x15

    Extensions
    2x12

    Weighted Abs
    4x8

    Just gonna add 10-20 lbs each week until I can't anymore. I think the most I've ever squatted this way was 335? Dunno the exact number but it's pathetic.

    Yesssssssss, I've lost almost 40 lbs now though. Can you compete with that?

    I started to and got down to 254 pretty quickly. Then I went on the get a job, dont work out for months, and eat lunchables (which are delicious btw) 3x a day at work diet. Next thing I knew, I stepped on the scale and was 235 :(

    So now I'm around 226-7 and I'm just gonna cut down completely and start back over, this time bulking slowly. My original plan had been to bulk to 215 by I overshot that by 50 lbs :rofl:

    I dont wanna talk about it :( Taking all that time off didn't seem to help it too much

    I've never been much of a conventional puller, I think my best ever is 415. Once I hit 405 for 5x5, I might switch back to my sumo stance and see if it's helped any.

    christ man, 12? I'll be back to normal in another couple of weeks or so, or at least I hope. I had some superdrol awhile back but I finally ended up selling it
