dunno if you guys have Albertsons in your area but i snatched these up as they seem like good bars
How much of that protein is soy as opposed to whey?
they go for about $.50 / bar on ebay also, in boxes of 36 or 72
ahh, didn't know that. I guess this is for people that wanna try them
soy protein is first, then whey
good for bulk i would guess
not if you're cutting...too much carbs
i've always heard that post workout a little more carbs than protein is good
hmm, no you still want the majority to be protein.

carbs after your workout is fine... just don't over-do it
so would one of these bars, post workout be ideal right out of the gym?
I wouldn't say it'd be ideal, but yeah, thats when i would eat em...
i try to get the majority of my carbs first thing in the morning and right around workout time (before and after)
ideal meaning throw itin the gymbag incase you can't get home to make a shake
