After doing squats? My abs hurt, my back hurts, my legs hurt, my lungs hurt, I was light headed, felt like i was going to puke and this lasted like 30 minutes after i wrapped up my workout with squats. i did 2 sets of ass to grass, or as close as i could get, and 2 sets of box before i started shaking. 8 reps per set. On the plus side my chest dosn't hurt anymore and my bench went up 5 pounds. Good lord I forgot how painful yet awsome weights can be. Im a newb but flat bench = 165 3x8 Squats = 210 4x8 All the weight I have at the moment. Need to buy more cause im sure I could squat more. I haven't tried deads yet. Im trying to get my body used to working out one part at a time. Also is a normal squat bar longer than a bench bar? Cause im useing my bench bar for squats and its a pain in the ass to get comfortable grip.
