Lots of discussion - but who tried it? Any good?
The difference between grape and watermelon is like day and night (watermelon being the winner ). So I'd like to hear about the lemonade too before I buy.
I just have the watermelon, which tastes damn good.
Yeah I've only ever bought the watermelon. I've tried a full serving of the grape and I had to choke it down. It just didn't taste good to me at all. Not to mention even the watermelon was a bit odd at first since I have to take about 5 scoops for a serving while I'm sitting at 242lbs, so the flavor is extra potent in my 32oz gym bottle.
I just use two scoops, shit is too expensive.
Yup. Off the top of my head I think I'm even supposed to take 6 scoops for my weight. But damnit that's way too many scoops for a workout. Plus I'd need a larger water bottle so I could add more water to help dilute the extra powder.
As it is 5 scoops with 32oz water it's on the verge of syrup-y. The cans are expensive, but considering the relatively small amount of supps I take, I'm just going to buck the cost.
i have tried some before. tastes like Country Time brand lemonade mix, but a tad bit sweeter. I'd advise trying some before buying the whole thing.
That's what I do as well.
Oh well, eff it. I'll just buy the watermelon again.
I like the grape. I mix 6 scoops with 1 serving of new whey by IDS(42 grams of protein) and drink that while I train.

So what the hell is the big deal with Xtend?
