How much milk do u drink, Im trying to loose fat and weight
If you're trying to lose weight, the question isn't how much to drink. Consuming MORE cals isn't conducive to you goal of losing weight. Read the faq, sticky, and archives. There's a fat loss guide at the top
I don't drink milk mainly because the only milk I like is whole milk. That is 40% protein calories, which is pretty good, but I would just assume drink another protein shake. Protein shakes taste better IMO and are 90% protein if made with water.

is ON Double Choco. taste blah with water?? i use 1% on my cutting diet.
Even though it took a few minutes to decipher this broken english, I have to say that I think ON tastes much better in milk. In fact, I haven't had a protein shake yet that has tasted better in water. Mixing it with milk makes it slower to digest though and therefore it is better to mix it with water post work-out. If you're going to mix with milk on a cutting diet, may I suggest skim?
When cutting, I get the low carb milk, which is basically just pure whey. Like 80% of its calories are from protein.
Is 20 calories for milk like 30 calories if a guy drinks?
No cup for home, drink milk with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 calories when you no drink it to be for men, for 30 calories instead? or half is 10 for 20 calories?
is that at any grocery store???????
right now i only drink 16oz of non fat a day, breakfast shake and midnite shake

edit - i know what you are talking about, the carb countdown, they make chocolate milk too. will have to try it today
How does it taste, and whats the calcium content like compared to regular milk?
