...but I'm actually cutting because of my diet. I eat a pretty good amount, but I don't think it ever occurred to me just how much you have to eat to gain mass. Don't get me wrong, I'm losing fat and gaining muscle, but I'm gaining as much muscle as I am losing fat (and we all know muscle weighs more than fat). The more I think about it, I guess its ok for me to cut for now. I'm at around 18% BF @ 208lbs, so a little fat loss followed by a clean bulk should be a good way to go. Also, I can focus on symmetry (my right side is much stronger than my left). Exactly how much do you guys eat per meal when bulking? Give me an example in terms of actual food i.e. 2 chicken breasts, 1lb steak etc.
