It took me like an hour . I did 3 pullups, 3 chinups, 3 of the side pullups (palms facing each other), and then 3 widegrip pullups..... rest 1 minute and repeat until I worked my way up to 200 total reps. It took me an hour and I can't feel my arms today, I did it while watching the F1 GP of Japan (poor schumacher ). The biggest thing was that I never went to failure but still did a shitload of reps, so i'm hoping this will help me improve my 1 set max reps. What do you guys think of my new way of training? I read over on rosstraining that if you train to failure, you train to fail or some mantra feel good BS like that, so the goal is to do a shitload of reps but never go to failure, and just test yourself once a week for a 1 set of max reps.
