I just wanted to see where I stand at a 1RM with this new technique. I SQUATTED THE GYM!!! I mean I tried unracking the bar after loading it down with every weight I could find, but instead the bar kinda stayed and then the whole gym moved. I then proceeded to squat 5-6 out like fucking lighting. This was pretty traumatic though since a lot of people were trying to run on the treadmills and they ended up in the dance room. I don't even know what to say, I had all my friends cheering for me, I'll video tape next time, I'm gonna go have an animalpak.
