and have broken all kinds of new PR's, but my weight has dropped 10 lbs
lifting less fat ftw
not being run down by your body processing so much food, ftw
the second i started cutting, my strength went to shit
When I started cutting my strength went to shit, then about 7 weeks in my strength went back up. Still not where I was though.
im in the same boat as steveo.
i lost prob 5lbs but my digits are slowly increasing still. as long im looking better and setting new PR's, its all good
why dont you do a cycle already?
