actually, im trying to do more cardio now so i can slim down. i've been running more and as a result im getting more hungry throughout the day. my question is - if my goal is to lose weight and slim down, should i be fulfilling my desires to eat? or should i man-up and allow myself to go a little hungry, in hopes of reducing my caloric intake for the day? for those that are going to recommend i continue eating because my body will store fat if i allow myself to be hungry - why do appetite suppressants exist if not eating contributes to weight loss?
