how does one forget? I have been sore for 15 years
feeling sore is never bad...teh more it hurts, the happier I am.
I prefer the tired feeling from after a workout. Where you have to really consider shampooing your hair, because that is a lot of time that your arms have to spend above your head.
That is one of the gayest things I have ever read!! Please do not ever compare anything to shampooing your gay unless you like to suck cock!!!
throwing up after leg day > being sore
felt like i was on a bad lsd trip. started to get dizzy and nauseus so i went to the bathroom.

I have been doing cardio on indoor trainers and ran 2 miles for the first time on a track the other day. I was sore from lifting the day before, so the feeling of accomplishment was

Having football/getting hurt/being lazy = not working out since July.
Hamstring/Calve Soreness = The Worst
hamstring + quad soreness is worse imo. i'm still sore 2 days after squatting
lower back soreness is the worst

walk before you run, I mean a good couple weeks of walking up and down hills at a quick pace, maybe with weight in a pack, if you want. Just jumping into it is a good way to hurt yourself. Pay more attention to the time you spend doing it as opposed to the distance you cover
