i got this email and wanted to know if any of you think its legit or just spam.
The only reason to every be flattered on flickr is if Getty wants to sell your photos.
They just want to use your work for free.
so in other words....just screw it huh
If you want to see your photos printed, it's cool. And considering how many photographers buy cactus triggers it might be fun, but at least ask for some free product.
In the second last paragraph it says they will send him/ her the new cactus flash trigger as a gift.
Yeah, I'd want more than a trigger.
waht would you want?
it seems weird that they'd only give you a day and a half to decide, if it is legit.
2-3 receivers and a trigger.
but if their web site is legit, then the email address is legit.
but I guess their triggers are only like $40? I'd want more than that if a company was gonna be using my image as a reason to buy their product
wierd...this was the image they want to use ..it was tagged cactus on my flickr..but doesnt really advertise a cactus trigger
The grammar is awful. I'd be a little suspicious.
have you ever read the paperwork that comes with the cactus triggers i'd be more suspicious if the email was in perfect english.
I only have 4 pocket wizards.
That's the exact face my wallet made when I bought them.
i bet thats how many people feel....but eventually feel ""
