As some of you may know I got Beta Alanine....as well as other shit. been on for 2 weeks w the following: 3 caps of Pure CEE (AF) 3 grams pre workout of BETA ALANINE 1 teasp creatine pre and post workout w/ Waxy Maize. Plasma Jet (Gaspari) basically my pumps have been juiced-status..aka i cant fucking move my arms after hitting bis or tris....serious motherfucking pumps bros. Lifting wise my strength has gone up a TAD, but nothing really even noticeable, more endurance and energy and just a general feeling of let me get a bigger pump. the Beta Alanine gives me that itch but my muscles still seem to burn after im really slamming them out, so i dont really know, the itch is fucking 100% there though and seems to give off more energy, like you almost have to lift. so it helps in that case i guess.
