I don't know what the deal was, I didn't really eat that well today, or yesterday. But tonight at the gym at the bottom of my squats it was like I was coiling up a spring that would blast me back up. I weighed 175 or something today. 5'10" 10-12% bf. Squatting a2g. Squats: 135 x 12 190 x 10 210 x 6 230 x 4 190 x 8 135 x 10 Normally I would say those squat weights would be pretty heavy for me, but it just felt so easy tonight. Maybe it was cuz I forgot my gym shoes so I had to squat in sandals today. Haha.
