I'm working a labour job where im lifting / walking / exherting myself for about 5- 7 hours a day total (job is from 7-6). So, with all these calories being expended, I see I have two options. Try to eat at maitenance, which would be a shit load more, and put on some lean mass, but would likely be extremley hard to do with all the calorie expenditure. OR Take advantage of this situation, cut cals, and get lean as fuck. However, i consider myself fairly skinny 1RM numbers for comparison Bench Press 205 Squat 260 Deadlift 320 I'm leaning towards cutting down for the summer, get lean as hell, and then putting on some solid lean mass through the fall / winter. What would you do?
