so i have the opportunity to buy some Stacker 2
with ephedra.....should i get it?

are the ephedra free stackers any good?
well when do i take them....before workout.....and do i need to take any precautions
anything to recomend? just interested in loosing weight.
werd.....bulking would be nice...but i just want to cut
it's your standard thermogenic. take 3x a day. do you have a list of ingredients by chance?

i'd have to see the ingredients, i don't know off hand what they put in those things
so...extra water....or watch my heartrate closly or anything

you're not fat because you've never taken a thermogenic. you're fat because you're not on a diet/training program that would make/keep you lean.
you are the exact type of person who should be asking questions on how to set up a proper diet and training program, not what kind of "fat burner" you should buy or try.
i am eating decent and i do cardio for 30 mins 3 times a week.....i just want alittle help
if you're doing moderate cardio for 30 mins 3 times a week and not weight training, you might as well make that daily cardio.
otherwise, start lifting with compound exercises, heavy weight, lower rep range, 3 times a week
oh and heavy weight means heavy for you. bench do about 4 reps, make sure the weight you pick allows you only to do about 4, if you can pump 6 or 8 then you need a higher weight
oh....after i bike....i usually do some weights......
just stupid machines that are in my dorm....this one where you sit down and pull two bars toward you and the other one is a bench....but i have been doing high reps of low weight
yeah, if you're dieting, you want to be doing low reps with high weight
ah.....i will try that
i am just really staying away from sugarlly stuff and not eating late
i am staying away from excess to much bread
i guess eating better would be better than dieting
i have protein right before bed. overall caloric intake is what matters.
tune your diet, dial it in and stay on track
