Bought a pack of 3 big Skippy Creamy Peanut butter last month from Costco, and been reading that the hydrogenated oils in it is pretty bad for you. I've mainly been using it to boost my caloric intake. I'm not cutting, but in between maintaining and bulking. I wouldn't mind the extra weight, but certainly wouldn't want a lot of it to be fat. That said, I've already consumed half a jar of peanut butter, so I have 2 and a half more to go. I use it in morning shakes with ON whey and on multi-grain bread for snack at work. I probably have 2-3 servings of this stuff a day. The Skippy 3-pack was only like 10 bucks, but I hate wasting food. Should I scrap it and go for natural peanut butter, or will it be okay to go the next 3 months eating the Skippy stuff?
