WTF is the deal with that? It's like I'm def in my left ear...
Did you have headphones on? I got fucking jacked in the gym the other day and had my music playing louder than I thought.....I couldn't hear well out of my left ear for hours.
nah, no headphones this time. that's whats bothering me...i literally have no reason for my ears to be ringing, but they are.
Yeah I use Shures. Best earphones ever....for going deaf They sound so good I end up playing them way too loud most of the time. Listening to Amon Amarth on them right now.
Seriously, I think the two are unrelated.
You are dying i am pretty sure.
are you fat? could be blood pressure issues. when i was 400 pounds and started working out it was crazy what weird shit was going on with my blood pressure and side effects and weird feelings during and after workouts. heart health can be a weird thing.
if you are heart healthy then i have no idea, maybe just 1 of those weird things in life
if I'm squatting in full gear I occasionally can't hear very well for 5-10min afterwards....raised bp ftl...
your blood pressure will rise during workouts, a lasting effect of ringing in the ears might persist. I am not a doctor, but i have heard this from a couple people who do intense exercise programs.
Do you hold your breath when you lift?
