So I ran a 10K today...

    you should have seen my ass passing up all these skinny sizzlesticks, they were pathetic. I ended up running it in 56:17 which I thought was a-ok for being 270lbs. Broly power ftw.:cool:

    srsly...I ran for years until I saw the light...

    funny think is I can still crank out a 23-24min 5k no problem without running at all....it pisses people off that I can still outrun them...

    Never seen pictures of mass but nice job, I'm 180 pounds and don't run a 5k much faster than that :rofl:

    its probably what I run nowadays though
    but yeah i hate on people who think they are hardcore runners until you start asking there times
    then they quiet down

    if your not running 5ks around 18 you arent trying hard enough lol

    My usual time is 20-21 minutes.

    yea it's slow but I'm 230 fucking pounds and I never run dumbass...

    when I was running I could crack 18 with no problem...

    being smaller and running is easy compared to being broly and running


    and mass bravo on that accomplishment


    that size + time = great


    i also hate cardio activites unless its a sport.

    yea man post pics, 270lb and under an hour is impressive.
    what got me into running is my friend who was 270 did 2 miles in 15:30 ... (national guard)
    i was doing the same time but @ 70lb less :(

    I usually do 20 mins on the bike and 25 mins on the elliptical after I workout
