I'm looking at a japanese car made in the 90's now
Look for an NX2000
nah.. I think I'm going to look for a 5.5 generation Accord V6. I drove that throughout college and it was a dependable car that I grew attached to.
I just offered a guy $3500 cash for his 1996 Accord EX V6 with 110k miles. He was asking $4800
the e30 I drove last week felt a lot funner than this old e21. I'd probably buy a nice e30 in decent condition, but I'll probably find a rainbow-colored unicorn before finding one for a good price.
there's another guy selling an identical accord ex v6 with 121k miles for $4750. The AC is broken, and the price includes a sound system. I'm going to ask him to replace the system with a stock one, and I hope he'll accept my $3500 offer
you live in cali...wtf accord? E30 bmw? No Ferarri no care
I have an Enzo to get groceries. I'm looking for a weekend cruiser
Send me the E21. I want another one.
it had a little rust around the passenger-side window, and a little surface rust in the trunk. The stereo is gone, I'm not sure if the AC works, and it only has 4 gears, but it seemed like it was really well maintained
y6ou can pick up an e36 for cheap in california
told you so
i had a '79 and it was a lot of fun
I didn't. The lack of power steering really threw me off when I was backing it out of the driveway. there was a small exhaust leak too, so it sounded louder than shit
Just get a damned civic already
I used to have a '79 320i WAAAAY back in the day (high school). I loved the little car. It even had the hand "crank" sunroof.
Or, god forbid, test drive a 1991-1996 escort GT.
Everyone tha'ts driven mine on and off the track has loved it.
i hate that v6. bitch to work on.
the only electronic components on this car were the lights
but awesome to drive around in
an EMP could've exploded in the car and it still would've ran. it's definitely a neat little car, I just want something a little more modern
Here is what I think you should consider:
any civic with vtec
Escort GT (91-96)
Protege LX (90-94)
Toyota supra (mk2/3)
All of those are good cars, more or less, and generally quite reliable.
i like the on in my '00 better, but there are modifications available for the eralier accords.
Oh yes. I so remember that. Man oh man...
I forget that deck that I had. It was a tape player, though. Shit, that was back in ....'92/'93is or so; my sophomore/junior years in High School.
