and threw it out. No j/k. I used it. I did squats for the first time ever today ... it is pathetic ... I can bench like 40 more pounds than I can squat. I really want to get more serious about lifting. So I want to bulk for a few months. I was thinking of a revised work out schedule: Day 1: Chest Day 2: Legs/Back Day 3: Biceps/Triceps Day 4: rest What am I doing wrong now?
