Hay broly crew I'm 6' probably 230 right now, 19 years of age. I have no idea what my BF% is other than to say it's way too high for my liking. My diet is pretty crappy because I live in a dorm and am usually pretty busy but I eat healthy when I can. Next year when I'm in an apartment and have a kitchen this should improve. So basically what I want to do is lose a bunch of fat without having to watch what I eat very closely. I'm aware that if I want a six pack I'll have to diet, but obviously at this point that's not what I'm going for. If I get stronger cool, if not I don't really care right now. I realize it's all about diet and blah blah blah but considering the constraints I have outlined here, how should I go about losing a bunch of fat ASAP?
