On my modest but growing collection. I have never really taken the time organize my reciepts/bills of sale, etc. And I came across the reciept for the first gun I ever bought right when I turned 18. It was a used Maverick 88 with a side saddle. I bought it from a local gun store. I got home and when I cleaned it and took the side saddle off to verify the serial number and it was wrong. By more than one number too. I called to inform them and they sounded worried. They asked me to bring it in and offered me a years worth of range passes. But then found out I was only 18 so I didnt get shit. Thats a pretty big fuck up right? I should have pushed for some compensation! Heres a pic I just took.
