I have a mirror to watch my form and I do a couple warmup sets without weights until I'm comfortable enough to get the form down without having to think about it all the time. And in the sets where each set gets progressive heavier, how important is it that I do this? How does it benefit me to do each one heavier? How much heavier should I be going? Also, why do certain exercises (Incline DB press, tricep extension) have such a low amount fo reps and high amount of sets? Thanks for any help.
