She's a personal trainer at the school gym, thinks she knows her shit, and is fat. So I go up to her and start talking. First she starts bragging about her biceps and triceps when the only thing on her arm is fat. Then we talk about the whole "toned" bullshit, and I'm like "15 reps of tricep kickbacks is useless." She responds by saying that if her clients want that, then it's all good. And this way their heartrate will get up which is healthy for the heart. So I laugh and tell her diet is way more important for the heart than exercise, to which she disagrees. Anyway, she said I came off aggressive, so I apologize and say it's all good, I just love this shit. She agrees, and mumbles about BCAA's as she walks off trying to trip me up, to which I respond by telling her what amino acids they are comprised of. So I guess I'll apologize again in class next week...but am I right that diet affects heart health way more than exercise?
