And i ended up drinking around 10 drinks last night, and a beer this afternoon at work. What i'm wondering, is how does F&N recover from said bindge evenings? do you take the next day off? do a 1/2 hour of cardio to even out the shitty carbs you had? or just hop back on the same track like nothing happend. According to schedule, last night was back night. So i moved it to today and arms tomorrow.... then start right back up on Monday on the same schedule. Should i not worry about it? And i plan on taking it easy tomorrow since i was careless yesterday. Edit: this isn't the only reason i'm not perfect. There's a fuck-ton, i just feel like pointing this one out for the moment.
