gonna use the fitness center downstairs in my building until the new Worlds Gym is open by my house. (maybe april) I figure I may as well get some kind of excercise so when the gym finally opens up I wont be a total loss. Teh wife wants to do the South Beach diet and if I agree to do it with her, she'll pack my lunches and cook dinner every night. So I agreed. I'll supplement with cans of tuna and protein shakes. HOLLA so that's my eating plans. workout plans (so far): monday chest/back supersets tuesday cardio wed shoulders/legs supersets thursday cardio friday arms rinse and reeeepeat. something like that. I'm still iffy on the wednesday and friday routine. i think there's enough in the fitness center to keep me hurting and I can do deadlifts at home. that's all.
