new years resolutions ftl
yeah i need to join a gym, i think imma do it the week after new years
my gyms not very populated...but i live in a rich town where a bunch of shit heads are all gonna buy memberships for new years resolutions.
thank god they always last for a week or so.
do it before, they jack rates through the roof
yeah, i am going to start going at 6, so i will miss all crowds
Here it is:
WK 1 10mg
WK 2-3 20mg
Week 1-2 Rebound XT 75mg a day
Week 3-4 Rebound XT 50mg a day
Week 5 Rebound XT 25mg a day
Weeeks 1-5 Lean Extreme not sure on amount, any suggestions appreciated
Other supplements taking during entire 8 weeks
Oderless Garlic 2000mg a day
Fish Oil 3 servings a day
Milk thistle 350mg a day
Red Rice yeast 1200mg a day
Taurine 4000mg a day
I joined 2 gyms just not to throw me off. One right by my office and if that is insanse I can go home, relax, and head to the one by my house later in night without having to drive 15 minutes.
Superdrol cycle starting january...thats my PCT
