My stats: Im 180 6'0. I have been working out now (skillfully) for about a year. I have bulked and cut, but I mostly just do 'my workout' whenever im at the gym. I am trying to lose say, the last 5lbs of GELLY around my gut. Its killing me. I have gone so far I used to be tubby with no muscle, now i am strong and pretty toned. But the last fat around my gut wont go away. I have willpower, I have changed my diet and upped my intensity. Like is it genetics or something? It wont go away, and its proving to be the most frustrating thing. I have gone so far and man, I just want to lose that last bit of fat!! Help!!!
