Do medicine ball slams and some crossfit with those weights and you can get into good shape atleast. You might not pack on all that much muscle but its a good start.
your need more iron. i suggest buying bulk womens daily vitamins. they have more iron in them then mens formula's. start taking 10 caps a day. muscles love iron. the more you throw at them, the more they grow.
