heres a run down you cunt holes, I'm a bit pissed squats, opened with a 160kg, easy hit 170kg easy got a bit full of myself, hit 185, relatively easy 3 whites bench 90kg, started to early (bullshit call in the background) easy no shirt 105, bombed (wasn't sitting right, shirt) 105, shirt (easy shirt), if I didn't bomb the last two this wouldve been higher, I really need to lift more bench to get my raw up, I hate shirted bench. dead opened 190 next 210, easy 225 bombed it, bar flloated forward so 500 total, so so, could of had more, could of had less, all in all a great fucking day. I seriously love powerlifting I came second in the 90kg class overall, didn't lose enough to make the 82.5, made it to 85.7, beating one of the veterans.
