I don't know if any of you remember me posting about hurting my right wrist when doing shoulder presses, but it's been three months now and it still kind of hurts. Anyway, going to get it looked at when I go to the doc's in a few weeks. Point of this thread is I need exercise ideas until I get that shit looked it. I can do neutral grip shit without hurting my wrist (minus db pressing, which still tweaks it). So far I got... All the obvious lower-body shit (squats, dls, lunges) Neutral grip pullups DB rows DB flyes Dips (maybe, haven't tried yet) Seated row (neutral grip of course) Lateral raise And to give you an example of shit I can't do or would rather not do until I know what the hell is wrong with my wrist.. BB row Normal pullups Shoulder press (of any kind) Bench (of any kind) etc. etc... So I need more exercise ideas bc I like more variety in my workouts. Thought taking 3 weeks off would help this shit, but it hasn't so I'm giving up and going back to the gym and getting this shit looked at by a doc.
