Will this shit really help me out?
Yeah take the Y in the morning but doing cardio directly after without eating will probably leave you feeling like shit. Energy would be a problem.
I'd hold off the cardio until later in the day.
you have it right...ignore the post above. Take caffeine with the yohimbine also.
I was reading in MD that yohimbine may cause some water retention.
Anyone experience this???
it's true, but if you're taking caffeine with it then it's probably a non-issue
i take yohimbine and caffeine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then wait 1-2 hours before doing 30 mins of cardio, then eat my first meal after.
that was the basic outline i read in one of the lyle articles on the HST forum.
i could get technical
but i know what you mean
so i'm gonna say yes.
