    Well almost. Gonna return the hot rox. Breeze will work well for cutting my 1.5 mile run times down and trex for reducing fat after that. Any thoughts before I hit buy mike macro?

    idk i would worry more about my training and diet. supplements aren't even worth it if the other two aren't in check. even then it will prolly only be a small boost to whatever you take.

    Diet is clean. Protien and mrp's with vegtables mixed in.
    Chicken , tuna , egg whites are my mainstays. Training at least 5 days a week. I'm just looking for that extra edge it is working now.

    5'11" 268 quads are huge so are calfs basically solid muscle from carrying my ass around. 32.5 bf according to my scale (take it or leave it). I've got pretty decent muscle distribution just need to cut the fat off of it and work on my upper body.

    Current training=
    3 days min cardio
    2 days strength.

    Without my sheet here I can give you a rough idea.
    5 min warmup
    squats
    step ups
    calf raises
    bench
    horizontal row
    lat raises
    seated curl
    kickbacks
    situps

    all with 20 rep warmup set
    then 3x10.

    regardless of whether your diet and training are in check, they wil lboth help.

    if your diet sucks, it'll help.

    if your diet is clean, it'll still help.

    you'll get dramatically better results if you know what you're doing, though. diet + exercise are always 90% of the battle.

    Make sure you use the offtopic special to get some purecee or beta-alanine for free!

    Just my 0.02c - I think the routine could be improved a bit.

    What about deadlifts? Nothing packs on muscle/maintains muscle/makes you knackered quite like them!

    Also, I'm not sure what a lat raise is.. do you mean a lat pulldown? You have a horizontal back movement, so you should add a vertical one (like pullups, or lat pulldowns)

    Also, I'm sure you can find a better tricep exercise than kickbacks. Maybe a rope pulldown or skullcrushers?

    sorry routine look decent otherwise?

    I am going to order when I get home can I take cb and trex at the same time or should I wait until my endrance is where I want it. one last thing are there any reported issues with synephrine as to where I should look at yohimbeurn?

    it'll ship tomorrow. ups ground.. probably 1.5-2 days to get there.

    use cardio breeze in the morning, trex in the afternoon.. wouldnt recommend trex on an empty stomach.. :barf:

    yeah, just have a little something in your stomach at least.. a banana usually will suffice.

    i remember people saying that they took trex, then went to eat and side tracked for 15 minutes and didn't get any food..then they puked. :embd:
