wtf? might as well put the 200hp V6's from the 01's in there, it also did 15.5 too
probably weight moar?
it only weighs like 250 lbs more
It's a fucking accord, you don't buy them to go fast.
Comparing quarter mile times from economy cars
you also don't add 70 hp and 60+ lbs ft extra to get the same acceleration...
If you want to go fast for that type of money, buy a Pontiac G8 and run mid 13's.
an economy car with 270 hp
You do increase those figures to stay competitive in a market that keeps increasing HP
id rather spend an extra $10k and get the corvette and do low 12's
why, was there an increase in weight and hp? please explain
19 in the city
worse than the tahoe hybrid
Accords are so over-rated
Not everybody is concerned with how fast their car is, but would much rather hear about how reliable, comfortable, and practical they are.
here's the culprit
With the standard VSA stability control turned off, the Accord's computer doesn't allow full-throttle acceleration until about 20 mph.
p.s. the new Camry w/ the same HP and more weight does 14.6 in the 1/4 mile, which is a full second faster...
p.s. 2.0 honda's fuckin stupid for doing this
Because stupid yuppies eat this shit up. Then I pass them as they struggle to reach the speed limit
drive your automatic Cavalier off a cliff you douche
torqueless honda FTL
I have an automatic Cavalier
Worse than a Corvette.
when will people understand its not about peak numbers?
not really a luxury sedan though is it.
