I usually tell people to only do 1 set (not including warmups) their first time
I did 4 sets of 8-12 reps after not doing any for 3 weeks and i can't walk
step 1, squat = check
step 2, milk = ?

I started them on monday and damn it feels good. I was dicking around doing 3 times the weight on some squat machine for the few weeks before that. That was a waste of time. Squats ftmfw.
same, i did squats yesterday for the first time in a while.... walking hurts
i had to wait on some frat faggots to do their curls in the squat rack yesterday
it's one of the hardest exercises i'v ever done. nothing is more grueling than doing high rep squats. I end up having to breath for about 5 seconds before attempting another rep. Gives me nightmares.
word i've switched to high rep from 5, 3, and 2 rep sets.... im not even using enough weight yet, I just have to get used to doing the movement in that fashion without throwing up from exhaustion
I only do smith squats I went to the gym with a friend today who has way stronger upper body than me, but he never does squats. He did a few (on the smith) and kept complaining it hurt
I was going to try the free squat for the first time (other gym didn't have one... church gym) but it was set too high for me to lift off and I didn't know to change it if possible being short ftl
But not everyone really squats.

so that left my legs sore as fuck for like 3 days...i cant be doing that because i miss cardio sessions...
