i know someone at work on this diet. Hes 5'10" 230 and wants to get down to 200. the lunches he brings are so small, its a VERY VERY SMALL bowl of soup, 1 slice of wheat bread, lots of romaine lettuce with 2 Tablespoons of fat free dressing. the only thing nutri-system supplies is the extremely tiny microwavable "bowl" of soup. anyone else try this? I'm not going on it, just looking for opinions. I'm saying this guy is probably eating 1500 - 2000 cals a day and looks like he would be starving.
