I used to cycle creatine a few years back in HS. I had pretty impressive gains with it, but I stopped using it because I'd heard as much about it being bad as I did about it being good. I currently supplement ON Whey protein and am thinking about starting up on creatine again but I wanted to get my facts straight about it. I also noticed that when I would cycle it, it seemed that my strength would drop back down noticably when I came off of it. Not like, back to where I started, but a noticable drop. So what's the verdict? Good? Bad? Worth it? Any side effects that aren't urban legends?
