I used to work a job that was 5am-3pm for years so I’ve gotten in the habit of being up early. I enjoy getting ready at my own pace in the morning, and if I feel like it I can go into work early and get shit done before all the craziness erupts.

I usually leave the office by 1, head home and reconnect. My laptop is always on, so I'll check email etc whenever I walk by.

Some days I'll stay in the office until 5-6, but if I do that I stay later to avoid traffic. It sucks.
