BF% measured yesterday. 10.3% @ 190. 6'0 I feel pretty small, by my numbers are still decent. Benched 320 for 3 yesterday and on saturday, hit 435 x 2 (parallel). Gonna go for deadlift max on thursday. I figure I'll hit sub-10 by the end of the week, and maybe about 7-8ish by labor day. I can't wait for the fall so that I can stop dieting and start bulking.
