how do you guys with your 6-pack/8-pack, get yours? what kind of exercises do you do? i'm trying to do sets of situps everytime i hit the gym but i'm not seeing any results after about 2 years. i'm 5'8" at 130lb, and 3% body fat (this is most likely wrong because this sounds like i'm a skeleton) do you guys do situps or curls? if so, what's the proper technique? there are so many different sites out there that say different things so it gets kind of confusing. any tips?
