I been eating clean for a while now. But I noticed I use about 2 teaspoons of franks hot sauce with my tuna each time. I use it with my chicken , etc. So I probally use about 6 tea spoons a day. I read the container and its 200mg's of sodium per teaspoon. So im bringing in 1200 mg's of sodium from that a day. How much is too much?? That seems kinda high.
