I went to Austin this last weekend. I didn't cheat on my diet at all but I did eat out alot. We ate at Jason's deli, whole foods and places like that. On Friday, I did a bikram yoga class and a crossfit workout. On Saturday, I did a bikram yoga class in Austin and was out walking around all day. On Sunday, I took my friends dog for an hour long walk in the morning. So, I stayed on my diet and I stayed active. Friday morning I weighed 207.5. I was so happy! Monday morning I weighed 223!!!!! Isn't that crazy? I've already dropped 5 pounds of the water and I should be back to normal by Wednesday or Thursday. But, I just think it's nuts that the sodium content in restaurant foods is so high. I was so pleased with myself for eating good the whole weekend only to see a 16 pound gain after 2 days!!
